4. Credits and Payments

New users receive 50 free credits upon registration

Unused credits do not expire

Refund Policy

Used credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been consumed to generate content, they cannot be refunded. However, if a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining credits until they are used.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Gennit.AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the right to upload and use all content you submit
Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
You have obtained necessary permissions for any individuals depicted in your photos

6. Acceptable Use

The Service allows generation of content featuring public figures and celebrities. You understand that:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENNIT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
